Welcome to the Rho Phi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi!

 

As the president of our esteemed Chapter, I am privileged to extend a warm welcome and introduction to the Rho Phi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi. We are a premier Business Professional Fraternity at the University of California, Riverside with an on-campus presence of 20+ years. 

 

Our fraternity prides itself on professional development coupled with a strong sense of community and brotherhood. By following the core principles of Brotherhood, Unity, Integrity, Knowledge, and Service, we can succeed professionally while simultaneously enjoying the time spent with our brothers.

 

The Rho Phi chapter boasts a wide alumni network, with graduated brothers working at big-name companies across all industries such as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, and other firms. The alumni of Rho Phi are eager to help promote professionalism in our chapter by hosting various workshops leading toward tailored career development. 

 

The active brothers of Rho Phi can be described as work-hard and play-hard individuals. Driven by professional development and an urge for success, our brothers can be found at companies such as Esri, Rivian, PwC, and other firms as interns during the summer of 2024 as well as mentors to help our younger members reach their career goals.

 

Through our professional drive and fostered brotherhood, Alpha Kappa Psi offers extensive resources such as our mentorship program, networking and resume-building workshops, and career presentations allowing the members within our fraternity to reach their professional goals while simultaneously developing a strong sense of community and brotherhood. We are here to provide driven students a balance of professional and social growth pushing the active members to reach their dreams while simultaneously establishing lifelong connections.
